Carlos Solines Coronel is one of the founding partners of the Firm.  He has been practicing law for over 40 years and has served as legislator and vice-president of the Legislative Commission of the National Congress, during which time he participated in the enactment of various transcendental laws for the country.  He has been professor of the Central and Catholic Universities of Ecuador in the city of Quito in the subjects of Constitutional, Labor, and Corporate Law.  He has been an associate judge of the Supreme Court of Justice in the areas of Labor and Social Justice, and as arbitrator of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Construction of Quito.  He has also been recognized as one of the most important legal experts in Ecuador, standing out as a consultant and advisor in the public and private sectors, especially in the areas of Constitutional, Administrative, Social and Labor, Civil, Natural Resources, Mercantile, Commercial, Insurance, and Human Rights Law.  He has served important companies and corporations at a national and international level as the main lawyer in litigations and administrative matters.
