Ariana Bermeo

Ariana is a young lawyer and part of the Conflict Resolution and Litigation team at Solines & Asociados. She has focused her practice in civil, administrative and labor law litigation and has extensive training as a mediator from the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce. She has acquired work experience through her internship in important law firms in Ecuador. Additionally, she completed her pre-professional practice as a legal assistant dealing with issues in mediation and conciliation, labor, family and domestic violence, children and minors law in the Pro Bono legal clinics of the USFQ. During her Law School years, she was a teaching assistant for the Criminal Procedure Law and Economic Criminal Law classes at the San Francisco de Quito University School of Law, and is co-author of the article “Unconstitutionality of the unappealability of arbitration awards in Ecuador” published in the USFQ LAW REVIEW (2019).
