Santiago Solines Moreno is an attorney who has been partner at the Firm since 2007. He holds a master’s degree in Energy Law and Business and another in Government and Public Administration. He is currently in his second year of a master’s degree program in Political Communication. He has done postgraduate studies in Ecuador in Governance and attended open courses on Urban Planning and in Government Procurement Law. He has attended international courses in Political Management and Public Policies, mainly in the United States, Spain, and Chile. In his professional career, he has specialized in corporate and commercial issues and government procurement, acting as the lead attorney in important mergers and acquisitions in our country. He has broad experience in forming joint ventures and other types of companies, as well as participating in government procurement processes, mainly in energy industries such as hydrocarbons, energy, and mines. In recent times he has been involved in the energy industry, having the opportunity to work with one of the most important Spanish public institutions in the energy industry. In the political sphere, he has held noteworthy positions in government ministries.
